With the emergence of .NET Core, the .NET development faces a new beginning. Our options are no longer limited to Windows alone, and we now get to pick from a variety of deployment options – including Docker. In this talk, we will discuss how does the Visual Studio Docker tooling work, and setup a CI/CD deployment pipeline, to build, test and automatically deploy our containerized project, using VSTS. We will also discuss and use a variety of container technologies offered by Azure to get the job done, from start to end.
